General Summary of Position:

The research assistant will collaborate with other team members in the design, fabrication, and evaluation of functional polymers for various applications. The position will generate research data, maintain safe research environment, and produce research summaries, reports, and presentations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A Ph.D. in organic chemistry, polymer science, or related field is required.
  • Prior experiences with polymers/materials in the modification, characterization, and evaluation are also required.

Special Instructions to Applicants:

Initial review of applications will begin immediately and continue until the position is filled. However, the position may close when an adequate number of qualified applicants is received.

This is a temporary, non-unit, non-benefited position.
