General Summary of Position:

Operates duplicating & mail equipment, confers with organization staff and maintains liaisons, responds to inquiries, assists in mail, print, receiving functions, and performs related work as required.

Minimum Qualifications (Required):

1. Ability to understand, explain and apply the laws, rules, regulations, policies, procedures, specifications, standards and guidelines of US postal regulations.
2. Ability to maintain accurate records and produce reports.
3. Knowledge of the types of general equipment used in mailroom and duplicating operations.
4. Valid driver license

Additional Considerations: (If applicable)

1. Associates Degree preferred
2. Ability to deal tactfully with others.
3. Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written expression.
