Reporting to the Executive Dean, (GPS), the Executive Director, GPS Enrollment Operations (EXDR) is responsible for optimizing enrollment operations at every stage of the student journey to achieve the following goals: • Improve processes within and between EM units • Grow enrollments • Increase scalability • Improve operational efficiencies • Leverage and better use technology • Streamline how the individual functional areas of recruitment, admissions, enrollment, and retention are integrated to improve the student experience The Executive Director (EXDR)will oversee the overall EM function, daily EM activity, and ongoing performance of the enrollment management units within the division; they will also be a key point-person with University functional staff outside of the division, including the Registrar, Financial Aid, and Student Financial Services. They will strengthen cohesion between enrollment management units and identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies that enable growth and improve the student experience.
