This position provides support and assistance to the Executive Director of Operations and Services as needed to ensure the smooth operation of department and efficient management of its Operations and Services Program. This position will have direct supervision/management over various sub-units within the Facilities Management organization as assigned by the Executive Director, such as building trades, custodial and grounds and may serve as the Executive Director’s designee in their absence.

Program Supervisors observe, coach, and train undergraduate candidates seeking teacher licensure, working collaboratively with teacher preparation faculty on supervision protocols, and executing the state mandated Candidate Assessment of Performance (CAP). Supervisions typically occur 1-2 times per month on weekdays between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m., in schools located primarily in the Merrimack Valley.
