General Summary of Position:

The Richard A. Miner School of Computer & Information Sciences is seeking qualified applicants to join our growing department. The Programs Coordinator will support graduate admissions activities as well as enrollment and retention initiatives for all student groups within the School.  

Minimum Qualifications (Required):

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of experience
  • Strong computer skills and ability to quickly adapt to new technology
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office including Excel
  • Strong communication skills both orally and in writing
  • Knowledge and/or willingness to learn SIS and Salesforce
  • Service-oriented: Intrinsic desire to help students
    The successful candidate will have demonstrated the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail a must.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

  • Experience with student advising or registrar services
  • Experience with/understanding of Admissions process

Special Instructions to Applicants:

Initial review of applications will begin immediately and continue until the position is filled. However, the position may close when an adequate number of qualified applicants is received.

This is a temporary, part-time, non-benefited, non-unit position.

18 hours per/week with the flexibility to choose working hours with the Assistant Director. Office hours are Monday – Thursday 8:30 am-8:00 pm and Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm.

This position is on campus in Lowell, Mass.
