General Summary of Position:

The Data Manager/Analyst will work with a team of population-based epidemiologic researchers. Major responsibilities will include management of large cohort datasets; formatting and organizing analytic files; data cleaning and quality checks; creating derived variables and analytic data subsets. This will require working with large multilevel databases in SAS (and other software programs as needed), including complex dietary data. Work will also include statistical analysis, including creation of descriptive tables, and multivariable linear and logistic regression models.

Minimum Qualifications (Required):

  • Masters degree in epidemiology, biostatistics, public health, nutrition, quantitative social science, or related field
  • 3+ years experience with statistical programming and/or data management
  • SAS, knowledge of statistical methodology and analysis, data management, strong detail orientation, knowledge/experience examining health outcomes

This is a grant-funded position.
