The Director of Capital Projects has responsibility for coordinating and managing all capital projects on campus, including new construction, facility renovations and infrastructure upgrades through the use of both internal and external project managers and resources. The Director of Capital Projects is responsible for all daily operations for the Capital Projects department including, but not limited to, personnel management and developing and maintaining a comprehensive project controls program for quality assurance, budget control, consistent project delivery and operational continuity across the campus.
