Head Coach Women's Ice Hockey in UMass Boston
The Head Coach is responsible for, but not limited to, the development, leadership and administration of the women’s ice hockey program. This includes recruiting qualified student-athletes for a competitive team within the Little East Conference, practice organization and supervision, staff hiring/development, game scheduling, budget oversight, student-athlete development, academic monitoring, coordinating fundraising and community service events, and positive alumnae relations. The Head Coach is responsible for compliance with the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), Conference and University of Massachusetts Boston rules and regulations. The Head Coach along with his/her assistant(s) may be required, upon a successful Registry of Motor Vehicles background check, to drive passenger vans for team travel. Participation is required in University and UMass Boston Athletic Department sponsored events such as the Open House and other fundraising events.
