The primary responsibilities include advising a caseload of first-time freshman and/or transfer students on program requirements and registration issues, degree planning, monitoring student progress, re-enrollment outreach, and supporting at-risk students. The position also involves assisting with the support of various activities and events promoting student engagement and community building. Participation in recruitment, outreach and orientation activities required.

Assisting with coordination for the south campus testing center 2.) Engage in pro-active outreach to undergraduate students to support their overall success; 3.) Collaborate as a member of the CLASS Academic Services team in the delivery of academic support and programming.
