General Summary of Position:
The Department of Public Health at the University of Massachusetts Lowell seeks a part-time Adjunct Instructor to teach Courses include: Introduction to Public Health, Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Health Communications, Community Health Assessments, Program Planning and Implementation, Health Policy and Health Services Research . The appointment is scheduled to begin Spring 2026.
Minimum Qualifications (Required):
Masters degree or Doctoral degree in public health, epidemiology, biostatistics, health services research, health policy, health communications, community health assessments, program planning, implementation and evaluation, and health econometrics. Prior experience in undergraduate/graduate teaching.
Preferred Qualifications:
Doctoral degree in public health, epidemiology, biostatistics, health services research, health policy, health communications, community health assessments, program planning, implementation and evaluation, and health econometrics; and experience in in-person, online teaching, asynchronized online teaching. Candidates with qualifications to teach in more than one area or program will be given priority. Candidates who can teach on campus will be given the highest priority.
