| The Assistant Director of Recreation Center Operations will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Campus Recreation Center (CRC). Primary responsibilities will include management of CRC student welcome desk attendants and facility supervisors, CRC facility reservations and event scheduling, and CRC facility maintenance. In addition, the Assistant Director will oversee the Campus Recreation Center Membership process, daily transmittals for the department, and work collaboratively with Competitive Sports professional staff to staff and supervise the Campus Recreation Complex. |

| The River Hawk Scholars Academy (RHSA) is a student success and retention program at UMass Lowell, supporting first-generation college students as they navigate the transition from high school to college and beyond. The Program Coordinator plays a critical role in the delivery and enhancement of programmatic activities aimed at boosting college degree completion and enriching student success.
The position provides the development and implementation of student success and support programs. Program management includes oversight and the successful execution of the department’s mentoring and peer leader program, leadership training, summer bridge, and onboarding initiatives. Additionally, the position collaborates closely with divisional partners, academic departments and various student services to implement a comprehensive educational program that equips students with a holistic support network, promoting wellbeing and fostering seamless pathways to degree attainment and overall undergraduate student success. |
