The Facilities Security Officer and Site Security Manager is a multifaceted role responsible for managing and implementing the security policies, procedures, and protocols to safeguard company personnel, property, and information. This role will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with national security requirements, developing and managing insider threat programs, and overseeing site security operations.
Minimum Qualifications (Required):
- U.S. Citizen
- Must hold or have held a TS-SCI level clearance within the last three years
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience: Minimum 4-6 year’s work experience as a Facility Security Officer or similar position. Must possess practical knowledge of NISPOM, DCSA and DIA requirements, and insider threat program guidelines.
- Must have experience with physical security systems, personnel security, document and visitor control.
- Must successfully completed DCSA Facility Security Officer (FSO) Program Management for Possessing Facilities, Insider Threat Awareness, and Establishing an Insider Threat Program trainings
Additional Considerations:
- Position is located in Lincoln, MA. While remote work flexibility will be allowed when feasible, this is an onsite position. This position must also be responsive in off hours during any reported security breach, other incident or emergency requiring FSO oversight. Therefore, after-hour work and/or on-call availability for emergencies may be required.
- Occasional travel may be required for training, inspections, or meetings.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., ISP®, CPP, CISSP) are preferred

This is a full-time, benefited non-union, professional position in grade P18. Anticipated salary based on range minimum: $72,170, 25th quartile $82,093 and midpoint of $92,017.
