All members of the campus community must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or obtain an approved exemption on medical or religious grounds. Vaccination information must be submitted through the university’s secure vaccination portal and exemptions may be requested through the university’s EOO offices. While face coverings are optional, every campus member is still expected to conduct daily symptom checks and to stay home if symptomatic. General Summary of Position:

The part-time office support staff will be responsible for the oversight of the office space supporting Student Affairs and Student Engagement. This role is to ensure the smooth operation of the vital components of each suite. There is 1 position currently open.

Minimum Qualifications (Required):

Education:

  • Minimum of HS diploma, GED equivalent

Experience:

  • 2+ years working in a customer service environment, ideally working in an office setting
  • Proven experience and proficiency in time management, and multi-tasking
  • Experience with Microsoft Office: specifically, Excel, Word, and Outlook or other email services
  • Proven experience working effectively with diverse groups
  • Social Media experience

Additional Considerations:

  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced office and understand the need for confidentiality
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with students, faculty, staff, administrators, and community agencies
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills, whereas students and staff serve as main client base
  • Ability to meet deadlines and efficiency in fast-paced environment
  • Ability to function effectively as part of a multidisciplinary division
