General Summary of Position:
The HR Business/Systems Analyst is responsible for coordinating and implementing internal and external human resources projects using technology solutions and overseeing data analysis to create dashboards and reports as well as identify other business process needs. The position will work with the Human Resources team and other university team members to deliver solutions and services that support HR processes, data solutions, and systems as well as provide end-user support, systems troubleshooting and be responsible for data integrity and auditing. The position will also advise and collaborate on future system enhancements and design through assessment, configuration, implementation, rollout, and administration of new user features.

Minimum Qualifications (Required):
Bachelor’s Degree in business, human resources, information technology, or other related field and 5-7 years related experience
*Will consider candidates with Associates Degree and 7-9 years related experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint and advanced knowledge in Excel
2+ years experience supporting and or configuring an HRIS/HCM/HR Solution
Demonstrated skills in process improvements relative to Human Resource operations
Detail-oriented with solid analytical, troubleshooting, organization and decision-making skills
Must be able to manage multiple projects and work with multiple deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in higher education preferred
Knowledge of PeopleSoft, Oracle, PageUp, Salesforce, WorkDay or other technology solutions preferred
Ability to utilize data and metrics to identify business areas where improvements may be made; familiarity with Tableau preferred
Project management experience
