General Summary of Position: 

This essential role works as part of a dedicated enrollment team to ensure the success of the University’s customer relationship management (CRM) system, Slate Technolutions, in support of enrollment-related communications, admissions lead coordination and effective outreach to these customers. A goal of this position is to expand the use of the CRM communication tools to their fullest potential and effectiveness to support the university’s enrollment goals.  Some opportunities for remote work available.

Minimum Qualifications (Required):

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of one year of previous work or college/intern experience in developing email communication flows including audience populations, templates, oversight and plan deployment is required
  • Strong attention to quality, detail and accuracy
  • HTML and CSS experience for email preferred
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize work
  • Interest in testing and learning new technologies

Additional Considerations:

  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms, such as Marketo, Hubspot, Pardot/Salesforce, etc necessary; experience with Slate (Technolutions) preferred
  • Ability to work independently on tasks and projects with strict deadlines
  • Ability to effectively and efficiently work as a team member
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time
  • Demonstrated organizational ability and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the capacity to work cooperatively with a wide range of individuals
  • Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills
  • Strong commitment to customer service
  • Willingness to work weekends and nights

This is a SEIU 888 Professional Union position, Grade P15.
