General Summary of Position:

This is an internal opportunity for current UML furloughed Employees only. 

The COVID-19 Testing Site Assistant provides direct support, stability, and continuity to the campus surveillance testing program.  Individual will be responsible for assisting with the operational oversight of the test center as well as assisting the test site manager with coordination and training of registration and check in staff. 

Minimum Qualifications (Required):


  • High school Diploma or GED/equivalent


  • Minimum 2-3 years of Office or administrative experience


  • Ability to maintain highly confidential information
  • Ability to work within the Covid-19 test site
  • Ability to perform data entry related to the registration process
  • Ability to supervise staff

Additional Considerations:

  • Knowledge of or experience in a medical setting or testing center.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Good IT skills with experience of email, MS Office Suite of programs, and a willingness to learn other software programs
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and contribute to the achievement of goals
  • Recognize the importance of maintaining the highest standards of service for all university community members

Special Instructions to Applicants:

Occasional work evenings/weekends may be required.

This is an internal opportunity for current UML furloughed Employees only.
