General Summary of Position:

The Manning School of Business is searching for a Graduate Programs Coordinator. The position involves providing administrative support to other graduate program coordinators, using the Student Information System to generate all reports necessary to assist in enrollment management and planning, communicating with graduate student regarding issues/concerns, contacting prospective MBA students by email and phone, reviewing applications to make admission decisions for MBA program and graduate certificates, among other duties. 

Minimum Qualifications (Required):

  • Master’s degree and 3-5 years of experience in higher education, but will consider candidates with a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5-7 years of experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, strong Excel skills

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Knowledge of SIS, Summit and Document Imaging
