General Summary of Position:

The Director of Transfer Admissions will have strong analytical skills, experience with best practices in higher ed. marketing related to transfer students and be responsible for direct student recruitment, outreach and the implementation of initiatives that are integral to the transfer enrollment strategies and goals

Minimum Qualifications (Required):

  • Minimum of Master’s Degree
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the field of transfer recruitment and admissions in both 2 year and 4 year institutions

Additional Considerations:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision
  • Requires vehicle in good working condition
  • Current or prior leadership positions in national or local transfer associations
  • Marketing experience preferred
  • Experience in inquiry generation preferred
  • Demonstrated ability and comfort with Customer Relationship Management software
  • Ability to work with a diverse population of students, parents and employees 
  • Maintain confidential information
  • Perform multiple tasks in a timely fashion
