All members of the campus community must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or obtain an approved exemption on medical or religious grounds. Vaccination information must be submitted through the university’s secure vaccination portal and exemptions may be requested through the university’s EOO offices. While face coverings are optional, every campus member is still expected to conduct daily symptom checks and to stay home if symptomatic. The university also highly recommends COVID-19 boosters for all eligible students and employees.

Parking Coordinator 518043 UCard Access&ParkingServices
The UCard, Access and Parking Services (UCAPS) Office provides the university community access to identification cards, parking administration, building access control, and student printing. Additionally, the UCAPS Office oversees the University’s integrated security services including video surveillance, intrusion/panic detection, emergency phones, external mass notification, and the public safety radio system. The UCAPS Office manages the University’s complex parking system which consists of over 25 surface lots, 5 garages, and 3 pay-by-plate hourly lots. Carefully established policies have been created to efficiently manage the 5000-6000 vehicles on campus each day, which are enforced by permit sales and in-field parking enforcement. The Parking Coordinator oversees the day-to-day field operations of the University’s parking program, including the oversight of the parking enforcement staff and event parking logistics. The Parking Coordinator is a self-motivated and organized individual who leads a team of 6-12 individuals including their hiring, training, and scheduling, as well as the important implementation of event parking for the University’s outside guests.
Enrollment Marketing Coordinator 518018 Marketing
The Enrollment Marketing Coordinator primarily supports the development and deployment of serialized marketing and communications "touch" campaigns (via email, SMS and other means) in order to cultivate applications, campus visits and enrollments.  Some opportunities for hybrid/remote work available.  Position involves working across campuses.
