Senior Research Fellow - Analytical Geochemistry UMass Amherst
We are seeking a full-time Senior Research Fellow to manage analytical geochemistry research facilities and instrumentation and conduct research with faculty within the Department of Earth, Geographic, and Climate Sciences at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. The Senior Research Fellow will manage the Cosmogenic Nuclide and X-ray Analytical Laboratores in support of research in geochemistry, geomorphology, volcanology, sedimentology, mineralogy, and petrology.
Post Doctoral Research Associate - HPP UMass Amherst
The Postdoctoral Fellow will contribute to externally funded (NIH and PCORI currently) research on a range of topics related to health disparities. Current topics and populations of focus include effects of Medicaid 1115 Waivers on pediatric healthcare quality and utilization in Massachusetts, implementation of depression screening and treatment in renal dialysis facilities, and arts-based participatory action research focused on LGBTQIA+ youth mental health. The Postdoctoral Research Associate responsibilities will include assisting Dr. Goff and the research team in quantitative and qualitative data collection and/or analysis, supporting Dr. Goff in preparation of grant proposals that are largely focused on healthcare quality and health disparities for women and children, writing scientific papers, literature reviews, and community engagement. Responsibilities may require indirect supervision of undergraduate research assistants working on the same team on a project as the Postdoctoral Research Associate.
Senior Research Associate UMass Boston
The Senior Research Associate will initiate, develop, lead, and conduct research and related projects for the Institute for Asian American Studies. Responsibilities include seeking external funding; pursuing collaborations with a variety of entities including faculty, government agencies and community-based organizations; and supervising research and program support staff. Support staff includes UMass Boston undergraduate and graduate students. This is a unique opportunity for those interested in research on Asian American issues and Asian American community engagement.
